Set up your profile & email signature
Open Settings → Profile. From there you can set:
- Your name and role — used as the sender on your outreach.
- Your email signature — a short closing line, plus your name, title and any links you want recipients to see.
- Your logo — shown on your signature and pitch drafts for a polished, consistent look.
Save when you’re done — your signature and logo apply to pitches and follow-ups you send from then on.
Logo requirements
- File type: JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP
- File size: 2MB or smaller
- Dimensions: no larger than 800x800 pixels
If your image is larger, resize it first (most photo apps and even Preview/Photos can export at a smaller size), then try the upload again.
My logo upload isn’t working
Make sure the file is JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP, under 2MB, and no larger than 800x800px. If it fails, you’ll now see the exact reason inline — for example, a wrong file type or an oversized file. You can retry anytime from Settings → Profile. (Fix deployed 2026-09-09.)
Upload failed but you don’t see a reason? Refresh the page and try once more from Settings → Profile. If it still fails, email us at support@astramedia.app with the file type and size.
