AstraMedia is built to keep your information safe. Here is how the platform handles data, retention and AI processing.
What AstraMedia collects
AstraMedia collects the information needed to provide the platform: personal information you provide directly (such as your name, email address, company information and contact details), usage information (website activity, feature usage, browser type, device information and IP address), and user-created content (email drafts, responses, contact records, campaign content and other materials you create or save in AstraMedia).
If you sign in with Google or connect Gmail, AstraMedia may access Google user data only after you explicitly authorize access through Google's OAuth consent process, and only for the functionality you request.
How data is used
AstraMedia uses the information it collects to provide, operate, maintain and improve the platform; to personalize your experience; to provide AI-powered drafting, summarization, workflow and media outreach features; to communicate with you; and to ensure security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
AstraMedia does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data storage & retention
AstraMedia stores personal information and user-created content only as long as necessary to provide the platform, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Gmail message content accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide user-requested functionality, is not permanently stored unless you intentionally save or generate content within AstraMedia, and is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@astramedia.app. The full Privacy Policy describes collection, use, sharing and retention in detail.
AI processing
AstraMedia uses artificial intelligence to provide user-requested functionality such as drafting, summarization, contact research and workflow automation. User content is processed by AI systems solely to provide the functionality requested.
AstraMedia does not use Google Workspace API data, Gmail data, Google account data or other Google user data obtained through Google APIs to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Google user data is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.
AstraMedia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security practices
The AstraMedia platform applies industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest, including encryption and access controls. Access to user data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the platform.
